JEE MAIN 2018 forms are available at the website, https://jeemain.nic.in/jeemainapp/Registration/Instruction.aspx from 1st week of December, 2017. The forms have to be filled up online only since they are not available offline. CBSE has announced the setting up of facilitation centers that will assist students in the online form filling without any charge.
