The IIT Council has given out a complete note on JEE ADVANCED 2018. JAB (Joint Admission Board) has announced examination date and schedule of JEE Advanced 2018. IIT Kanpur is going to conduct JEE Advanced 2018 in online mode on 20 May, 2018. The entrance exam will be CBT (Computer Based Test) for first time as till 2017, the test has been conducted in offline mode. The registeration of JEE Advanced 2018 will tentatively begin from last week of April,2018 till first week of May,2018.

Information about eligibility criteria, syllabus, important dates, method for registration etc., is given in a very detailed manner so that any type of doubt in a student's mind will get clarified.

Following are the important points of JEE Advanced 2018 exam:

- Only top 2,24,000 students who clear paper-I of JEE Mains will be eligible to appear in JEE Mains 2018.

- The reservation includes 50.5% seats which is open to all, 27% for OBC-NCL, 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST and 3% for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)

- The age limit says that the candidates must be born on or after 1st october, 1993. 5 years of age relaxation is given to the SC, ST and PwD candidates.

- A candidate can give maximum 2 times attempt in consecutive years.
