Can I pay the fee in instalments?

Sorry, instalment payments are not allowed. We are charging very less amount for huge benefits that we are providing to the subscriber. 
So you have to pay the whole amount at the time of the registration.

Can I unsubscribe at any point? Is there any refund?

The first point is that Pioneer Mathematics will provide you such exclusive services that you wouldn't even think of unsubscribing it at any point.
No, we do not have any refund option available. We would suggest you to first inquire about all our servies and then join us and make the payment. But, we guarantee that you will never be unsatisfied with the services being provided on our site.

I am facing difficulties in paying online. What is going wrong?

Ensure that all pop up blockers are disabled. Also, after making online payment, DO NOT CLOSE the browser window. Wait till you are automatically redirected to pioneermathematics.com site. The subsequent page will display your login details - user id. You will also receive your login details - user id and password through an email.

I am a student from US/UK/Dubai/Overseas; can I pay in local currency?

Yes, you can pay in your local currency. The amount of the packages will be decided as per the value of your currency to Indian Rupees on that particular day.

What are the payment methods?
After you have filled the registration form you will be directed towards the payment page where you can choose your payments options. The following is the brief description of the mode of payment:
·      Online Payment: You can pay online through a credit card. Click on the Pay Now button on online page and you will be directed to the page where you can transfer the money in the account of Pioneer Mathematics.

·      Direct Payment: You can pay through National Electronic Fund Transfer. In this mode of payment you can directly deposit the amount from any computerised bank in which you have your account. Most of the nationalized banks support this facility. The amount will be transferred to our account numbers mentioned on the payment page.

·      DD/Cheque: You can post a Demand Draft or Cheque to the address mentioned on the payment page after you fill the registration form.

·      Account Transfer: You can deposit the money directly in our accounts present in different banks. You can see the detail list of our account numbers and the banks on the payment page.
How long does it take to activate my account post payment?
After you have made the payment, your account will be activated within 48 WORKING hours. This time is applicable for all the mode of payments.

After filling the registration form and choosing the desired package, you have to make the payment as soon as possible.
