When I try to login, I see an error that states "Your subscription has expired". What is the problem?

The package for which the user has subscribed will last only for one academic session. When the academic session for the subscribed package is over, the user will no longer be able to login  his/her account. The user will have to renew his subscription for the same or the new account. 

NOTE: The user will be notified through an email a week before when his/her respective account is about to expire.

Are all the contents in to Vedic mathematics, given in the different packages and different classes are the same?
No, the questions are not same.
We knew that this question would surely arise in ones mind but the fact is that:
·         All the questions have been designed and calibrated in such a way that they are in accordance to the mental level of the student.
·         The questions have been segregated according to the syllabus of the student’s class.
·         For example: In vedic mathematics section, a student of 9th class will not be given a shortcut of an integration, differentiation etc.
·         Also, we want the students should join us again in their next session. So, we will not give them the same material as we value your money and have to maintain our reputation.
Are the question bank, papers, mock tests etc, related to IIT and other competitive examinations given in different classes are out of syllabus?
No. Every material related to IIT and other competitive examinations will be provided to you according to your class syllabus.
All the mock tests relating to Boards, AIEEE and IIT-JEE will contain questions which are in your syllabus.

NOTE: The previous year papers provided to class 11th and 12th of AIEEE and IIT will be different. 11th class will be provided with the questions which are in their syllabus and 12th will be getting the whole questions paper. 
We are two (or more) brothers or friends trying to register through one email Id? Why are we not getting registered?
Pioneer Mathematics allocates your email id to your account. Different users need to register separately with his/her choice of the package and with different email id. More than one user cannot log on to the registered account at the same time because it is against our terms and conditions.

NOTE: Please make sure that you do not share your password with anyone else, since that person will be availing those services for which you have paid.
