How can we make this so affordable for you, especially compared to other programs that are not anywhere near as good?
We are asked this all the time and the answers are simple.          
·         Because we deliver a lot of our programs over the net, we cut down on expensive production, administration and handling costs.
·         Because we don’t pay huge commissions to a sales team to go marching around at shopping centres and in to your home. Most of our customers have been referred by friends.
·         Because we made the program and own it – yes, that’s right - 100% Indian made.
·         And finally, and this is the big one, because we want your kids to succeed in maths and we know from more than 20 years experience, that with our help – THEY WILL SURELY SUCCEED!
 
When does an academic year end?
Academic year is decided on the basis of the class for which the student has registered.
·         For 9th and 10th (CBSE or ICSE), it ends in last week of March or first week of April.
·         For 12th and 11th (CBSE or ICSE), it ends in last week of May or first week of April because of the extra competition exams like IIT, AIEEE etc.
·         For NTSE, SAT and Olympiad, it is exactly one year i.e. the date you have joined till the same date of next year.
I have forgotten my password. Do I have an option to recover it?

Yes, you can recover you password by clicking on the Forgot password button on the login page and enter your email id through which you have registered. Your password for Pioneer Mathematics will be sent to your respective email id.

If your email id doesn’t match with your mentioned email id in the registration form then you will not be able to recover it. In that case either call us or mail us at customercare@pioneermathematics.com giving all your details along with the registration number being provided to you after you registered with Pioneer Mathematics.

How long does it take to activate my account post payment?
After you have made the payment, your account will be activated within 48 WORKING hours. This time is applicable for all the mode of payments.

NOTE: Your desired package will be allotted to you when we have the conformation of your payment.
We are two (or more) brothers or friends trying to register through one email Id? Why are we not getting registered?

Pioneer Mathematics allocates your email id to your account. Different users need to register separately with his/her choice of the package and with different email id. More than one user cannot log on to the registered account at the same time because it is against our terms and conditions.

NOTE: Please make sure that you don not share your password with anyone else, since that person will be availaing those services for which you have paid for.
